Attorney Profiles

Nadira concentrates much of her practice on toxic and mass torts and product liability matters. She also maintains a part of her practice representing defendants in a number of premises liability, transportation, municipal, and education matters. She began her employment with Marshall Dennehey in the medical malpractice department defending nursing homes, assisted living facilities, nurses and physicians for three years.

At the University of Notre Dame Law School, she was a member of the International Moot Court Team and was responsible for the competition brief. She also participated in the Notre Dame London Summer Program.

Prior to attending law school, Nadira worked as a paralegal at Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes & Lerach, LLP, in New York, New York, on securities and insurance class action matters. She also worked in the legal department at Eisai, Inc. assisting with drafting distribution, promotion, licensing, and service agreements while researching the Food & Drug Administration guidelines and regulations.
