Kevin McGoldrick began his career at Marshall Dennehey in 2005 in the Cherry Hill office where focuses his legal practice on casualty matters with an emphasis in product liability, auto negligence, premises liability, amusements, sports, and entertainment liability. Throughout his career Kevin has handled numerous auto negligence cases, including M.I.S.T. (Minor Impact Soft Tissue)
Kevin attended Pennsylvania State University in Abington, Pennsylvania, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice. While at Penn State, he completed an internship with the Abington Police Department. He then attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Kevin worked full time as a paralegal for a plaintiff's personal injury firm while attending night classes at Widener Law School. He also accepted a position of law clerk during law school. While at Widener, Kevin was a member of Widener Law Rugby and played the four years he attended. He received his Juris Doctorate in May 2001.
