Working out of the firm's Scranton, Pennsylvania, office since 1993, Joseph L. Vender focuses all of his practice to Pennsylvania workers' compensation law. He has over 30 years of experience representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters, having handled several thousand cases in his career to date.
Following graduation from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Joseph served as trial counsel to Lackawanna Casualty Company, concentrating his practice in workers' compensation litigation defense throughout northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
Joseph devotes a lot of his spare time to helping the Boy Scouts of America and is also very involved in Little League Baseball.
