Estelle Kokales McGrath joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2002. She is a member of the firm's Professional Liability Practice Group. In addition, she devotes a portion of her practice to workers' compensation and Federal Black Lung.
Estelle has represented a large number of restaurants, non-profit organizations, townships, factories/plants, mines, hospitals, nursing homes, and trucking companies.
In 1998, Estelle received her undergraduate degree from Juniata College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications. While at Juniata, she was the President of the Communication Club and received The Carroll C. Arnold Award in Communication for outstanding service to the communication field. She was also a member of the women's rugby team.
Estelle proceeded directly to law school, receiving a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2001. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and received an Outstanding Service Award for her contribution to the Law Review. She was also elected to the James S. Bowman American Inn of Court.
During her last year of law school, Estelle acted as a mentor for the first-year students. She also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Joseph H. Kleinfelter, President Judge of Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, where she published an opinion entitled Hershock's, Inc. v. Wolf Properties, concerning mechanics' liens.
Directly after law school, Estelle accepted a one-year appellate clerkship with the Honorable Joseph T. Doyle, President Judge Emeritus of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in Media, Pennsylvania.
