Bradley J. Goewert is a shareholder with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, practicing at their offices in Wilmington, Delaware, and Tampa, Florida.

Brad has handled a variety of litigation matters in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, and general liability. His trial experience culminated with his becoming Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an American Bar Association accredited organization. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar. Further, he is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator.

Brad is admitted to the Bars of the State of Florida and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Association (including its Health Law Section, Tort, and Insurance Practices, Litigation, and Intellectual Property Sections). He is a member of the Florida Bar Association (Trial Lawyers and Health Law Sections, and a past Computer Law Committee member). He is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Brad is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in December 1984. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in May 1988.
