William McPartland joined MDWC&G in 2007, where he practices in the firm's Casualty Department. He concentrates his practice on automotive liability, premises liability, and products liability litigation, as well as special investigations.

Prior to joining MDWC&G, Will worked for defense firms in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, gaining experience in handling cases involving construction defects, products liability, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, professional liability, premises liability, and automobile law. Will also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ralph L. DeLuccia, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Trial Division, in Passaic County.

Will attended high school at Scranton Preparatory School in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami in Environmental Planning, an interdisciplinary degree with an emphasis on both science and civil engineering. While at Miami, Will started as fullback for the University of Miami Hurricanes. Because of his exemplary academic record, he received All Big East Football Academic Honors.

Will received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May of 2004, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Commerce.
