Wendy J. Bracaglia King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
Wendy Bracaglia graduated from Trinity College (Hartford, Connecticut) in 1977. Following graduation, she worked as a legal assistant at Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll. She then attended Villanova University School of Law. In 1980, she was hired by Robert J. Coleman, Esquire and began working as a law clerk at Marshall, Dennehey while attending law school. In 1981, she received her J.D. She then clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica, who was then a Judge in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and who is now the President Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In 1982 following her clerkship, she returned to Marshall, Dennehey working as a member of the asbestos team. Thereafter, she worked in the firm's Appellate Department. In 1986, she began working with Robert St. Leger Goggin on the preparation of his product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice and general liability cases for trial. In 1989, she became the firm's first female shareholder. She has served on the firm's Associate Review, Human Relations and 401(k) committees. From 1991 to 2004, Wendy worked part time assisting other attorneys in the preparation of their cases for trial. In 2001, she became a member of the firm's Healthcare Liability Group and transferred to the firm's Norristown office. She became the Assistant Managing Attorney of the Norristown office which then moved to King of Prussia in 2005. She is now the Managing Attorney of the King of Prussia office and continues to work with Kate S. McGrath, Kevin Fitzpatrick, Dan Sherry and Steve Ryan on their Healthcare Liability cases. She also participates in the firm's Attorney Orientation Program twice a year with a presentation on the firm's history and culture.
