Tracy L. Burnley Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Tracy Burnley graduated from West Chester University in 1985 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Following graduation, she worked as a private investigator in Hagerstown, Maryland. Thereafter, she accepted a position as a Municipal Court Administrator with the Municipal Court of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Ms. Burnley left that position in 1990 to pursue her Juris Doctorate degree at Widener University School of Law. After graduating from Widener in 1993, Ms. Burnley began her legal career as an associate with LaBrum & Doak in Woodbury, NJ. In January of 1997, she accepted a position with the southern New Jersey staff counsel office of CNA and continued in the area of civil defense litigation. She joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in June of 1998 where she continues to concentrate in civil defense litigation in the areas of premises liability, products liability, professional liability and construction litigation.
