Timothy A. Casey is a shareholder with the Wilmington, Delaware office of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the Dickinson School of Law.

From 1979 to 1982 he served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware, where he served as counsel to the Industrial Accident Board.

Since entering private practice, Mr. Casey has concentrated his practice on the defense of workers' compensation matters for carriers and self-insureds. Mr. Casey is a past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section and is a current member of the Industrial Accident Board Rules Committee, the Defense Counsel of Delaware, and the Delaware State and American Bar Associations. Mr. Casey is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and presently serves as the Delaware State Liaison for the DRI Workers' Compensation Section. Mr. Casey lectures frequently on workers' compensation topics at seminars sponsored by the Delaware Bar Association, the Industrial Accident Board, the Delaware Claims Association and other business and professional groups. Mr. Casey has been included in the 1996-2007 listings of Best Lawyers in America .
