Tom's practice is devoted to representing the insurance industry by addressing insurance coverage issues and defending allegations of bad faith conduct. He has experience in several additional insurance defense areas including motor vehicle liability, premises liability and products liability

In 1998 Tom graduated with honors from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Scranton in 1993. Following graduation from law school, Tom accepted a clerkship with The Honorable John E. Domalakes of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County. From 2001 to 2004, Tom worked for the law firm of Post & Schell, P.C., Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
