Thomas A. Specht, of Clarks Summit, Pa., is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pa., and Villanova University School of Law, Villanova, Pa.  Upon admission to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1996, he joined the firm of Moses & Gelso, L.L.P., Wilkes-Barre, Pa., where he engaged in a wide-ranging criminal and civil practice, and gained litigation as well as extensive appellate experience in major criminal and civil cases.

In 2003, Mr. Specht joined the Falvello Law Firm, Hazelton, Pa., as an associate.  There, he handled medical and hospital negligence, wrongful death, motor vehicle accident, personal injury, breach of contract, zoning and municipal cases, with a concentration in pretrial and appellate issues. 

Mr. Specht joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2004.  He works out of the firm's Scranton, Pa. office, and concentrates his practice on insurance coverage issues, defense of bad faith claims and appeals.
