Tom is an associate in our Doylestown office where the focus of his practice is handling general liability matters. Tom has a broad background in the practice of both federal and military law.

In 1997 Tom graduated from Kutztown University with a B.S. degree. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh Law School, achieving his J.D. in 2001. Following his graduation from law school, Tom accepted a commission as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corp. His first assignment was in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Fort Bliss, Texas. His duties included providing legal services to active duty service members and dependants and acting as legal adviser to resident commands. In 2006, Tom accepted an assignment in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York where he served as the garrison prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.
