Tom is a member of the Casualty Practice Group and specializes in the defense of the intermodal trucking/transportation industry. He is a member of a rapid-response team of lawyers within the firm with extensive experience in the investigation of ocean marine terminal and trucking accidents. Since 1991, Tom has devoted his legal career to insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was a partner with The Geraghty Law Firm in Hackensack, New Jersey, a firm whose practice was devoted to maritime, admiralty and domestic/international intermodal transportation litigation. Tom was a Trial Attorney with Zurich's Northern New Jersey Staff Legal Office for nine years and a Trial Attorney with AIG's Northern New Jersey Staff Legal Office for five and a half years. Tom was an Assistant Hudson County Prosecutor for three and a half years and was a Judicial Law Clerk in Bergen County for one year.
