Thomas P. Bracaglia graduated from Hamilton College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in 1977.   He achieved his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1980.  Mr. Bracaglia clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Gawthrop, III, Chester County Court of Common Pleas from 1980-1981 and was an Assistant District Attorney, Chester County from 1981 - 1982.  He has been a Judge Pro Tem for the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County since 1998. 

Mr. Bracaglia concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation and catastrophic losses.  He has tried cases before the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey and appeared before the appellate courts of those states and federal districts.  Mr. Bracaglia represents many national and multinational corporations and their insurers.

Mr. Bracaglia joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2004 as a shareholder in the firm's Casualty Group.
