Tara A. Zimmerman is a 1998 graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She achieved her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2003. While attending law school, Tara was a member of the Widener Law Journal and Trial Advocacy Honor Society. She is currently a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar and Florida State Bar. Following graduation, Tara accepted a clerkship appointment with The Honorable F.P. Kimberly McFadden, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. She then worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania before taking a position as an associate for The Falvello Law Firm, concentrating in personal injury. Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2007, Tara worked for Cardoni & Associates, LLC, in Kingston, Pennsylvania concentrating her practice in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. Tara is currently a member of the firm's Casualty Practice Group in the Tampa, Florida office.- 2007
