Sangeeta P. Spengler Tampa, Florida
Sangeeta, an experienced member of the Florida Bar and court system, devotes a significant amount of her practice in the defense of professional malpractice claims, employment law, general casualty claims as well as toxic mold issues. In 1994 Sangeeta graduated from the University of South Florida earning her B.A. She then went on to earned her J.D. from Southern Illinois University in 1997. Sangeeta is admitted to practice in Illinois and Florida. She served as an Assistant State Attorney in Sangamon County, Illinois, and Hillsborough County, Florida, prosecuting various felony cases. She has also served as a Florida Assistant Attorney General. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Sangeeta was a prosecutor in the White Collar Special Prosecutions Unit at Hillsborough County, Florida State Attorney's Office. There she prosecuted complex embezzlement, bank and mortgage fraud cases. When not practicing law, Sangeeta is active and a member of the Legal Needs of Children Committee for the Florida Bar Association, as well as involvement with the Brandon Area Youth Soccer League and the McFarlane Park P.T.A.
