Attorney Profiles

Rosalind joins Marshall Dennehey as a member of the Health Care Department concentrating her practice on medical malpractice. She is an experienced trial attorney with a nursing degree focusing in personal injury, medical malpractice, medical technology, and pharmacology.

Rosalind has spent a significant part of her career dedicated to both birth trauma litigation, such as birth hypoxia or perinatal asphyxia resulting in brain injured infants and failure to timely diagnose cancer.

Rosalind graduated cum laude from SUNY Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, with a degree in nursing. She worked as a nurse at NYU: Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine and then at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami, Florida, while attending law school at the University of Miami School of Law. Graduating with honors, cum laude, she received her Juris Doctorate in 1981. Rosalind has conducted several seminars on Nursing Home Litigation And Hospital And Health Care Liability for various Florida hospitals and New Jersey organizations, such as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She has presented her "Nursing Home Litigation" seminar as a guest lecturer for the New Jersey ICLE program and is an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.
