Ronald Armbrust joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. He has served as lead counsel in numerous matters involving complex insurance and bad faith issues as well as complex technical, construction defect, product liability and mass tort litigation. Relative to mass tort litigation, he has represented clients in matters involving factor concentrate/HIV infection, asbestosis, and silicosis. Mr. Armbrust is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Armbrust has litigated cases involving electrical generating facilities, oil refineries, paper mills, and has handled cases involving alleged defects in a broad range of products including catalytic crackers, gas transmission lines, reciprocating compressors, rotating compressors, shut down devices and safety switches, oil storage tanks, steam boilers, water sensing devices, ash handling equipment, aluminum recycling furnaces, gas fired furnaces, coal furnaces, refractories, valves, steam turbines, electric generators, air bags, automobile tires, garage doors, hydraulic systems, trash handling and other types of heavy machinery. He has also litigated a broad range of commercial litigation matters and has considerable experience in appellate practice.
