Robert focuses his area of practice in underinsured/uninsured motorist claims and motor vehicle litigation. He has handled hundreds of "U" claims throughout northeastern Pennsylvania and has given numerous presentations regarding the investigation, evaluation, and handling of "U" claims.

Robert graduated with honors from Kings College in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1993. Since that time, his career has been devoted to civil defense litigation.

He is admitted to practice in all courts in Pennsylvania as well as the Third Circuit of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania.
