Robert counsels and represents domestic and international insurance companies on complex claims, coverage disputes, and litigation involving a variety of insurance policies including, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, commercial general liability, political liability, and professional indemnity, which have been issued on primary, excess, and umbrella bases.  Robert also has experience with the drafting of, and disputes involving, manuscript policy wording, specialty policies, and also with reinsurance claims and issues. 

In addition, Robert 's recent experiences include representing insurers' interests in claims and litigation seeking coverage for securities fraud claims against directors and officers of a bankrupt subprime market lender, criminal indictments filed against directors and officers, securities fraud claims against a corporation and its directors and officers arising out of the artificial inflation of common stock prices, national healthcare providers in class action lawsuits brought by healthcare providers, toxic tort class actions involving welding fume exposure, construction defects, product recall, errors and omissions by architects and engineers, and business liability arising out of employment-related practices.  Robert also has extensive experience in investigating, managing, and monitoring claims that originated in Australia, British Columbia, Europe, Malaysia, South America, and the United States and which have been submitted for coverage under master/world-wide programs issued to large domestic and international insureds.
