Attorney Profiles

Robert is a member of the Professional Liability Department, where he focuses his practice primarily on defending all types of professional negligence and breach of contract claims. His clients include homeowner and condominium associations, contractors, subcontractors, big box retailers, franchisors, insurance brokers, and realtors.

In 2004 Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude.  While attending the University of Florida, he was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and an Anderson Scholar of High Distinction. In 2007, Robert received his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar later that same year. 

While in law school, Robert served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Ellen Sue Venzer of the 11th Judicial Circuit and worked for a local firm specializing in complex commercial and civil litigation.  Robert then joined Wicker Smith where his practice focused on matters involving premises liability, general liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice and professional liability in state and federal courts.

Robert is a member of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.
