Pablo B. Morla is a litigator in the firm's Casualty and Insurance Fraud/SIU departments, currently focusing his practice in the areas of products, premises, automobile, and retail liability; construction; nursing home; first-party insurance; and insurance fraud/SIU matters.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University, in Miami, Florida, and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg, Florida.

While in law school, Mr. Morla served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern to the State Attorney's Office of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County where he prosecuted defendants charged with misdemeanor crimes and conducted several jury trials.  Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Mr. Morla litigated professional negligence, including medical and legal malpractice; construction; nursing home; and a wide array of general liability cases.

Mr. Morla is admitted to practice before all Florida courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar's Trial Lawyer's Division, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Pinellas County Bar Association, the Tampa Bay Hispanic Bar Association, and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
