Michael C. Mongiello is an associate with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. He focuses his practice on the defense of medical professional, hospital and long term care liability matters. In his career to date, Mike has defended well over 100 cases on behalf of physicians in various specialties of medicine as well as other medical and dental providers. 
 
Even before graduating law school, Mike decided to dedicate his career to these areas of practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mike practiced as an Associate with Foulkrod Ellis, P.C., where he focused on and gained significant experience defending medical professional liability claims.
 
Mike graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2001.  He was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Advocacy and served as a Student Mentor.  Mike completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton, where he graduated magna cum laude in his major of criminal justice.  While at the University of Scranton, he was inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
