Attorney Profiles

Meghan joined Marshall Dennehey in 2008 and primarily focuses her practice on PIP New Jersey no fault insurance. She began her legal experience prior to entering law school interning for the Newark Public Defender's office. There she worked in the Central Judicial Processing Court, assisting with bail and arraignment hearings full time during her last semester at Rutgers University.

While attending Widener University School of Law, Meghan worked with the local municipal prosecutor and assisted with legal research for superior court matters involving police disciplinary procedures. She also interned at the Passaic County Public Defenders Office, assisting the white collar crime, government corruption, and insurance fraud units. Meghan also had the opportunity to work part time, during her three years in law school, assisting a solo practitioner handling all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury matters along with a large caseload of New Jersey No Fault matters.

Meghan has also worked with a Veterans Assistance Program through her law school, helping veterans with obtaining their service connected disability benefits and survivor benefits.
