Mark Neff is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Following graduation, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law achieving his juris doctorate in 1984. He clerked for The Honorable William E. Breene of the Venango County Court of Common Pleas in 1984-85. He then joined Phillips and Faldowski in Washington, Pennsylvania where he worked from 1985 until 1996 practicing in the areas of medical malpractice and automobile law. He was named a partner in 1991. Mr. Neff then worked at Edgar Snyder and Associates from 1996 until 2002. He was with Thomas E. Crenney and Associates prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey,Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2005.
