Marc focuses his practice in the areas of environmental litigation, superfund litigation, environmental insurance coverage matters, environmental subrogation claims, toxic torts, complex commercial construction litigation, environmental construction litigation, and New Jersey PIP litigation. Marc also defends claims involving insurance coverage, bad faith, insurance contribution, and indemnification.
To his law practice Marc brings many years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked with CIGNA Group Insurance as an underwriter for eight years prior to becoming an attorney. Marc also has prior legal experience working in the construction and municipal litigation departments for a Marlton, New Jersey-based law firm.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Marc worked as an underwriter for CIGNA Group Insurance underwriting insurance risks, drafting insurance policy language, and managing and growing a $24 million book of insurance business. After completing law school at night at Temple University's School of Law, Marc worked for several years in construction and municipal litigation. As well, Marc worked with experts and engineers to prosecute delay damage claims, construction defect claims, as well as handling municipal construction bidding, bidding claims, and defending municipalities against construction delay claims.

Successfully recovered over $500,000 in environmental subrogation reimbursement money since 2007.
Summary Judgment granted for a defendant in a $5 million insurance coverage dispute pertaining to claims arising out of a previous uncovered claim.
Successfully negotiated several large allocation settlements in environmental Superfund litigation with multiple defendants as against the United States EPA and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
