Louis Bell holds a Bachelor of Arts, 1967, a Master of Arts, 1969, and a Juris Doctor degree, 1974, from Temple University. Mr. Bell served two years on active duty in the U.S. Army and four years in the Reserves attaining the rank of Captain. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1974.

Mr. Bell has tried products liability and trucking cases for corporations and domestic and foreign insurance companies in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He has and continues to serve as national and regional counsel for various corporate clients with respect to various products and technical issues. Mr. Bell serves as a mediator for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
