Lawrence Berg graduated from Northwestern University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Thereafter he attended Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas and received his Juris Doctorate in 1987. Following law school, Mr. Berg clerked for the Honorable John S. Holston, Jr. in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

In 1989 Larry joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in the firm's Southern Jersey office.
