Kim McCarthy is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts and is also a Registered Nurse. She has practiced in Center City Philadelphia as an insurance defense attorney with a focus on medical and legal malpractice claims and has successfully arbitrated numerous premises liability cases on behalf of a large urban Health System.
Kim worked as a Registered Nurse at the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, two premier pediatric facilities. She also served in the U.S. Army Reserves for eight years. She has been recognized in Philadelphia magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2006 through 2008.
