Kim focuses her practice on civil litigation and healthcare matters.  She is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts and has practiced in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, defending individuals and institutions in insurance defense matters.  Her practice also involves healthcare law, including Medicare appeals, HIPAA compliance and regulatory matters.  Kim has also provided legal support to clients experiencing security breaches, pursuant to current High-Tech regulations.

Previously, Kim worked as a registered nurse at the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, two premier pediatric facilities. In 2004, Kim obtained her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law, evening division. She also served in the U.S. Army Reserves for eight years. Kim has been recognized in Philadelphia magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2006 through 2008.
