Kimberly Boyer-Cohen Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Kimberly Boyer-Cohen graduated from Penn State University in 1992 with a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations. After working for several years in the area of Human Resources, Ms. Boyer-Cohen attended Temple University School of Law. At Temple, Ms. Boyer-Cohen was involved in the Moot Court Honor Society and the Women's Law Caucus and served on the executive board of both organizations. She received her J.D. from Temple in 1999. Ms. Boyer-Cohen began her legal career at Cohen, Seglias, Pallas & Greenhall, P.C., where her practice focused on construction litigation, labor and employment law and defense litigation. Ms. Boyer-Cohen joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in August, 2001 as an associate in the Appellate Group where her practice includes matters involving professional malpractice, civil rights litigation, products liablity, employment law, and premises liability. Ms. Boyer-Cohen is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Temple American Inn of Court, Womens Way, and the Lawyer's Club. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, in which she is involved in the Women in the Profession Committee and the Appellate Courts Committee, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, in which she is involved in the Commission on Women in the Profession and the Post-Trial and Appellate Practice Committee.
