Kacey C. Wiedt began his career with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in March of 1997. He is currently the head of the Workers' Compensation Department for the firm's Harrisburg office and practices solely in the area of workers' compensation law in south central Pennsylvania.

Kacey is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College. Following graduation from college, he attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he achieved his Juris Doctorate in 1996. He then obtained a law clerk position with the Workers' Compensation Judge's Office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Kacey routinely lectures on the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act.
