Joshua D. Scheets graduated from Drew University in 1998 with a B.A. in Psychobiology (a dual major).  After graduating, Joshua worked for several years as a mental health counselor and as a case manager in child protective services before entering law school in 2003. 

At the Rutgers School of Law-Camden, Joshua served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal.  Joshua also participated in the externship program during his third year of law school.  Joshua externed for The Honorable John S. Holston, Jr. in the Appellate Division and helped to author a precedential opinion in the field of insurance law. 

Before joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, Joshua worked as an associate at Lavin, O'Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio where he concentrated his practice in the fields of Toxic Torts, Warranty Litigation, and Product Liability.
