Joshua concentrates his practice in the defense of professionals, with particular emphasis on legal malpractice matters and the defense of Dragonetti Act actions. Joshua has developed extensive civil commercial litigation experience and has participated in numerous settlement negotiations resulting in amicable resolutions to otherwise highly contentious disputes.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Joshua was associated with the law firm of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he was a member of the firm's Health Law Department, prior to serving in the firm's litigation department. In that capacity, Joshua represented physicians in many different types of matters, including matters involving the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, insurance renewal issues, and sophisticated disputes regarding the dissolution of physician partnerships. Joshua has also represented entities in various regulatory matters, and has successfully appeared before both the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs as well as the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

In 1998 Joshua obtained his BA from the State University of New York at Albany, graduating summa cum laude, as well as attaining membership in both Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society. Joshua went on to obtain his JD from the Albany Law School of Union University in 2001. There, too, Joshua graduated summa cum laude and was the valedictorian of his law school class.
