Mr. Morales provides representation to contractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals in construction defect matters in both New Jersey and New York. He also provides insurance coverage analysis for construction defense claims.
Prior to joining to Marshall Dennehey, Jonathan represented construction sureties in complex construction litigation for public projects such as colleges, schools, jails, and hospitals in New York and New Jersey. He also has experience in the indemnity actions that often follow. Jonathan has also represented contractors in lien actions for private projects.
Mr. Morales also has a significant background in insurance coverage, in defending coverage claims related to nationwide class actions for pharmaceutical products such as OxyContin, Stadol, and Serzone.
In 2003, Jonathan graduated from Fordham University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, minor in Political Science from the George Washington University received in 2000.
