Jessica graduated from Rutgers College with high honors in 2004. After college, she went to Rutgers School of Law where she was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. Jessica participated in Hunter Moot Court and the Domestic Violence Clinic. During her third year at Rutgers Law, she traveled to South Africa with the law school and met with members of South Africa's Constitutional Court. Jessica graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 2007 with honors.

After law school, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Robert G. Millenky in the civil division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden, New Jersey. Jessica is now an associate in the firm's Casualty Practice Group.
