Jennie Philip joined the firm in 2009 and focuses her practice in the area of insurance fraud and SIU litigation with an emphasis on medical provider and large loss fraud. She has represented a considerable number of insurance carriers on the issues of SIU and Insurance Fraud and assisted in multi-million dollar high profile medical provider fraud litigation in various states.

In Court, Jennie has advocated and litigated on behalf of many different clients advancing legal theory in favor of the defense. Jennie has taken detailed and extensive Examinations Under Oath (as well as deposition testimony) on countless SIU related issues across the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has also litigated extensive insurance fraud matters in the National Arbitration Forum and Arb Forums Inc.

Jennie graduated from the Widener University School of Law in December 2007.  During law school, Jennie was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society where she was a quarterfinalist in the annual Judge G. Fred DiBona competition and also received the Judge G. Fred DiBona Jr. Peer Recognition Award.  Jennie also participated in the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic and served as the co-chair for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.  In the summer of 2006, Jennie was recognized by the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association and received the YLD Minority Bar Association Scholarship.
