Mr. Chomko is an associate in the firm's Professional Liability Practice Group.  He received his B.A. in 1984 from Villanova University and his J.D. in 1988 from Boston College Law School.

Mr. Chomko has been practicing since 1989 and is a member of the Pennsylvania bar, and the United State District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Chomko has litigated casualty and commercial disputes of all types throughout his career in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and in all types of dispute resolution forums.  He has also worked in the Retirement Plans Unit and Securities Regulation Group for one of the largest Mutual Fund Companies in the world.  In recent years, his practice has increasingly focused on the litigation of commercial and regulatory disputes and the defense of insurance agents and brokers.  He defends insurance agents,  brokers, broker dealers, regulatory disputes, professional negligence claims and commercial claims including trucking claims.
