Attorney Profiles

Jason W. Bialker was born in Biloxi, Mississippi in 1973, but grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Easton Area High School, he earned his B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus, in 1996. He immediately went on to earn his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Allegheny University of the Health Sciences (now Drexel University) in 1998. Mr. Bialker worked as a Physical Therapist for The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Therapy and Fitness and for Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, primarily in the outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine and acute care settings.

He enrolled in the Evening Division program at Temple University, Beasely School of Law in the Fall of 2002. Upon graduation and completion of the Bar in 2006, Mr. Bialker continued to work as a Physical Therapist.

Presently, Mr. Bialker focuses his practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Health Care Liability.
