James Bosakowski graduated from Duquesne University in 1973 with departmental Honors.  He is a 1978 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, where he chaired the Trial Moot Court program.

Mr. Bosakowski was Staff Counsel for the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, where he handled all aspects of tort litigation.  From 1993 to 1995 he was Of Counsel to Cowdrey, Thompson & Karsten, a litigation firm in Annapolis, Maryland.

Mr. Bosakowski joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin as an Associate in February, 2007 in the firm's Casualty Group.
