Jaimee Johnson joined Marshall Dennehey in 2009 as a member of the Casualty Department. She focuses her practice in a wide variety of areas including premises liability, toxic tort, auto negligence, trucking and transportation, and general liability.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Jaimee gained significant experience as an associate for two Nashville, Tennessee law firms and as a Senior Trial Attorney on staff counsel for Allstate Insurance Company. In 2005 she was named by the Tennessee Jury Verdict Reporter, one of the "25 Most Prolific Tennessee Trial Attorneys". She was also named Trial of the Quarter in all of the Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama Allstate Staff Counsel Offices in 2004, 2008, and 2009.
Jaimee has been successful with mediations and several hundred trials, receiving defense verdicts on high profile personal injury cases during her career.
Jaimee graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1998 and earned her undergraduate degree from Freed-Hardeman University with a B.A. in English in 1994. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Florida.
