Gregory C. Bartley Roseland, New Jersey
Gregory Bartley graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in 1985 with a
Bachelor's degree in Political Science and went to work for the IRS until August
of 1987 when he enrolled in law school at Creighton University.
He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 1990. He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. McLaughlin, I.E.. in
the Superior Court of New Jersey for the period September, 1990 through August,
1991.
He was admitted to the Bar of
New Jersey in December, 1990. From October, 1991 through August 1995, Mr. Bartley worked as a
solo-practitioner in Kearny, New Jersey.
In
August of 1995, he joined a plaintiff firm as an associate, representing
plaintiffs in personal injury actions, petitioners in workers' compensation
claims, buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions and
defendants in Municipal Court matters. He was appointed as Municipal Public Defender by the Town of Kearny from 1997
through November, 2001. In 1998, he was appointed Managing Associate of Workers' Compensation
Department at firm he was working for.
He had the honor of serving as President of the West Hudson County Bar
Association for 1999. Mr. Bartley joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in
November of 2001 as an associate in its workers' compensation practice group.
