Mr. McInroy began his legal career by working as a prosecutor for the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office. During his four (4) year tenure as a prosecutor, he handled a wide variety of cases that included complex financial crimes, child abuse and domestic violence crimes, and drug crimes. He managed a large caseload of nearly 300 cases per year, including over a hundred felony cases. He served as the lead prosecutor of the Cumberland County Drug Task Force and for numerous police departments within the county. Since his graduation from the Dickinson School of Law in 2000, Mr. McInroy has tried more than 40 cases before judges and juries. He has led 23 cases to verdict before juries. In addition to his vast trial experience, Mr. McInroy has extensive ADR experience in State and Federal Courts. He has conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations, delivering results for his clients.
