Mr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree, and Villanova Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor. He then served as Law Clerk to a trial judge in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

Since that time, Mr. Baker has conducted an active insurance defense trial practice, handling a multitude of cases from construction accidents to product liability, premise liability, motor vehicle liability and medical malpractice, as well as legal malpractice, dental malpractice, and others.

Mr. Baker is actively involved in civic activities in the Lehigh Valley, where he lives and works.
