As a member of the Technology, Media & Intellectual Property practice group, Eric concentrates his practice on litigation matters in those areas. Additionally, a substantial portion of Eric's practice involves the defense of design professionals in construction claims.

Eric brings a unique technology perspective and experience to his practice as he has worked as an Information Technology professional for a Fortune 500 Company and a large media/publishing enterprise, designing and administering complex computer systems. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

In 1984 Eric graduated from Muhlenberg College, where he received his B.A. in Business Administration and then attended Villanova University School of Law and received his J.D. in 1987. Following law school, Eric first worked handling casualty defense litigation matters, and then subsequently Eric joined a large general practice firm, where he primarily handled the defense of complex legal malpractice actions.
