Ms. Underwood is an associate with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin.  She graduated cum laude from the George Washington University School of Law.  Ms. Underwood was awarded the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award for excellence in the study of labor and employment law.  She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude with distinction in her major of International Relations. 

Ms. Underwood's interests include playing the cello, tennis and following Philadelphia sports teams.
