Mr. Miller is a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has represented clients in a wide variety of matters including toxic tort, product liability, medical malpractice, FELA and FMLA claims. In addition, Mr. Miller has been involved in litigation arising out of commercial transactions and construction accidents and disputes. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia and has handled jury and non-jury trials in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Miller joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin in 2003 and is an associate in the firm's casualty group.
