Don graduated from Penn State in 1996 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Business. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and achieved his J.D. in 1999. After graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Krancer at the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board. Don entered private practice with a regional defense firm located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2002 and focused on defense litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home liability and major MVA. Don joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in May of 2004 and is continuing his insurance defense practice.
