Cynthia E. Banks is a 1992 graduate of Santa Clara University where she obtained a B.A. in English and a minor in Theatre. She immediately entered Santa Clara University School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 1995.  During the summer of 1993, Ms. Banks participated in the Oxford University Summer Law Program in Oxford, England studying Public International Law.

Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, Ms. Banks practiced law in California for four years. She worked for an insurance defense firm handling cases involving motor vehicle liability, construction, medical malpractice and general liability. Ms. Banks also represented self-insured clients in toxic tort and environmental cases.

In November of 1999, Ms. Banks moved to northeastern Pennsylvania and joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin as a litigation associate. Her practice covers a wide area of civil litigation such as motor vehicle liability, premises liability, personal injury and contracts.
