Brian L. Wagner was awarded a B.A. in History from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1994. In 1997, he graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

He began his practice of law at the law firm of Mateer & Harbert, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. While at that firm, his practice focused on general civil litigation.

Mr. Wagner joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in June, 2001, upon the firm's opening of its Orlando, Florida office.

Mr. Wagner is a member of the Florida Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
