Bradley P. Blystone Orlando, Florida
Bradley P. Blystone obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in 1988 graduating Cum Laude with General Honors. While earning majors in both English and Politics & Public Affairs, Mr. Blystone's scholastic achievements were recognized by his induction as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Blystone attended the University of Florida College of Law earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. In law school, he earned a Book Award in Legal Reseach & Writing and also acted as a teaching fellow in Criminal Law. In 1991, he began his law career at the law firm of Adams, Hill, Reis, Adams, Hall & Schieffelin in Orlando, Florida concentrating in the area of medical malpractice defense. From 1994 through 2005, he continued his defense work at the law firm of Mateer & Harbert still concentrating in the area of medical malpractice defense while also expanding his expertise into the fields of automobile negligence, premises liability and complex tort actions. In 2005, Mr. Blystone joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in its Orlando, Florida office where he continues to practice in the areas of medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liablility and automobile negligence. Mr. Blystone is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida as well as the U.S. Districts Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar, Florida Bar, Orange County Bar, Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
